Aesthetic Realtor provides subscription-based access to real estate social media templates and marketing materials designed for agents in the U.S. and Canada. The templates are available through the design platform Canva and are intended for customization and use by subscribing members.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with recurring billing. Details of each plan, including access to content, billing frequency, and prices, are available on our website.

• Payment: All payments must be made via the payment methods provided on our site. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge you for your chosen plan.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal. You can manage your subscription and billing preferences by going to account settings

4. License and Use of Templates

• Upon subscription, Aesthetic Realtor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Canva templates for marketing purposes on your social media channels.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the templates with anyone outside of your immediate business.

• Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of the templates may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, content, and trademarks provided through our Service are the exclusive property of Aesthetic Realtor and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property in any way not expressly authorized by these Terms and Conditions.
